What warranty do you provide?

We provide a 6-month standard warranty on every engine and transmission — included free with your purchase. The warranty can be extended up to 3 years at the time of purchase.

All warranty claims are handled directly by our specialist team — no third-party warranty company runaround.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranty covers internal mechanical defects in materials and workmanship under normal driving conditions:

  • Engines: block, heads, internal rotating components, bearings, head gasket failures, gaskets, and seals
  • Transmissions: gear sets, planetary, valve body, internal clutch packs, bands, and torque converter (auto)
Does the warranty cover labor or installation costs?

No — the warranty covers parts only, not labor or installation costs.

Professional installation by a certified mechanic with engine/transmission installation experience is required to maintain warranty coverage. We can connect you with qualified installers in your area.

Is there an installation deadline for warranty coverage?

Yes — all engines and transmissions must be installed within 30 days of the invoice date to maintain warranty coverage.

Requirements:

  • Professional installation by a certified mechanic with engine/transmission installation experience
  • Proof of installation (invoice from your installer) must be provided when filing any warranty claims
  • Use of correct fluids, filters, and parts as specified in our installation guidance
How do I file a warranty claim?

All units are professionally packaged in custom-built shipping crates with foam padding and heavy-duty strapping. Each unit is photographed in its packaging before shipment.

Our specialized freight partners are trained in handling automotive components — no rough handling, no surprises on arrival.

What are typical shipping times?

Most orders ship within 24 hours of photo approval and arrive in 5–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive tracking information the moment your unit leaves our yard so you can monitor progress in real time.

We don't perform installations directly, but we provide comprehensive installation guidance:
