We stand behind our products. Every part we sell is tested and backed by our written warranty.
Mileage info is for reference only. We do our best to provide accurate miles, but the warranty is based on the product's actual condition and testing — not exact mileage.
What's not covered: Extra costs like towing, rental cars, storage fees, lost time, or lost income are not included in the warranty.
Warranty is the only coverage. Other claims outside of what we list in the warranty aren't included.
Fair dispute process. If there's ever a disagreement, we resolve it through binding arbitration in Casper, Wyoming. That means faster, simpler, and fair handling of issues without drawn-out lawsuits.

Testing & Inspection Disclaimer
All engines and transmissions sold by Used Engines Store undergo standard industry testing and inspection by qualified personnel to verify functionality at the time of sale. These tests are performed internally for quality assurance. Test data, detailed reports, or specific readings are not included with the sale and are not part of the warranty or return obligations unless expressly agreed to in writing at the time of purchase.
What's Covered
- Internal engine components (block, heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshaft, valves)
- Internal transmission components (case, valve body, torque converter, gears, clutches)
- Manufacturing defects and material failures
- Unlimited mileage coverage
What's NOT Covered
- External accessories (sensors, hoses, brackets, alternators, starters)
- Labor costs
- Gaskets, seals, and fluids
- Damage from improper installation
- Overheating or low fluid damage
- Racing or commercial use without approval
- Pre-existing vehicle issues that cause damage to the purchased part
- Consequential damages, downtime, loss of income, towing fees, rental cars, storage, or transportation expenses
- Damage from improper storage (rust, corrosion, rodent damage, exposure to elements)
- Missing or altered heat tabs (voids warranty)
Installation & Customer Responsibilities
- All engines, transmissions, and major components must be installed within 30 days of invoice date
- Installation must be performed by a licensed professional mechanic. Proof of installation is required for claims
- Customer must follow the Pre-Installation Checklist provided with the product. Failure to do so voids coverage
- All fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets must be replaced at time of installation
- Heat tabs must be intact and unmelted. Missing or altered heat tabs void warranty
- Any damage caused by improper storage (rust, corrosion, rodent damage, exposure to elements) voids coverage
Warranty Limitations & Liability Disclaimer
Used Engines Store shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, loss of profits, downtime, towing charges, storage fees, rental vehicle costs, transportation expenses, or any other costs or damages arising from or related to any defect, failure, or delay under this warranty.
Mileage information provided on products is based on seller's best knowledge and available records but is not guaranteed to be exact. The sale and warranty are based on the product's present condition, its testing by qualified personnel, and the warranty coverage expressly stated herein. Any discrepancy or dispute regarding mileage shall not constitute grounds for return, replacement, refund, or warranty coverage.
Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation for a warranty or return claim immediately voids all coverage.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy offered by Used Engines Store. No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), shall apply unless explicitly stated in writing. Customer acknowledges and accepts that all other rights, remedies, or claims outside the stated warranty terms are expressly excluded.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Return Policy
- 24-hour cancellation = full refund
- After 24 hours: 20% restocking fee + shipping
- 14-day return window for damage

Warranty Transferability
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized in writing by Used Engines Store.
Governing Law, Arbitration & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the sale, warranty, or use of any product sold by Used Engines Store shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
The arbitration shall take place in Casper, Wyoming, and both parties consent to this exclusive venue. If arbitration is found unenforceable for any reason, the parties agree that the exclusive venue for any court proceedings shall be the state or federal courts located in Casper, Wyoming.
The customer and Used Engines Store agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Each party shall bear its own attorney's fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law.
