Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

Let us know about any defects or issues within 14 days of delivery. We don't accept returns after 14 days. Return shipping costs are included within 14 days for defective products.

Compatibility Coverage

We use your VIN# to match the right engine/transmission. Even if it comes from a different year or model, it will fit and work like the original.

No returns are accepted for not receiving a part from the identical make, year, and model as long as it's fully compatible.

Defective Product Coverage

  • What Qualifies as Defective:

    • Incorrect fitment despite correct VIN and vehicle information match
    • Missing components that were listed as included
    • Product broken or damaged in transit

    • Provide your order number and description of the defect
    • Provide photos/video of the defect
    • Our technician reviews within 1-2 business days
    • We provide prepaid return label if approved
    • Product must be uninstalled and returned in original condition

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the part
    • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
    • No restocking fees on approved defective returns
    • No refunds will be issued if the returned parts are not in the same condition as delivered

What Is NOT Covered

  • Change of mind or preference returns
  • Damage from improper installation or handling
  • Products modified after delivery
  • Compatibility issues due to incorrect vehicle information provided

Shipping Damages

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any shipping-related damage must be noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims reported after delivery without carrier notation will not be accepted.

Warranty Information

All products include a 6-month standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal failures. 

CANCELLATION POLICY Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they enter our processing and shipping workflow. To cancel an order within 24 hours, contact us immediately at below mentioned contact details.
