Testing & Inspection Disclosure

Engines and transmissions offered by Used Engines Store undergo industry-standard testing and inspection procedures conducted by trained technicians to confirm operational functionality prior to shipment. These evaluations are performed internally for quality control purposes. Detailed test reports or specific performance readings are not provided with the product and do not form part of the warranty or return agreement unless specifically requested in writing during the purchase process.

Warranty Limitations & Liability Disclosure

Used Engines Store is not responsible for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature, including but not limited to inconvenience, loss of time, loss of use, loss of profit, downtime, towing charges, storage fees, rental vehicle expenses, transportation costs, or any other expenses or damages resulting from or connected to any defect, malfunction, or delay related to the warranty.

Mileage details provided for products are based on available seller information and records but cannot be guaranteed as exact. The sale and warranty are determined by the product's current condition, testing by qualified personnel, and the warranty terms explicitly stated herein. Any discrepancy or dispute concerning mileage will not constitute valid grounds for return, replacement, or warranty claim.

Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation for warranty or return claims immediately voids all coverage.

Important Notice

This warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy provided by Used Engines Store. No other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose), will apply unless explicitly stated in writing. Customer acknowledges and accepts that all other rights, remedies, or claims beyond the stated warranty terms are expressly excluded.

Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or restrictions on how long an implied warranty remains valid, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty provides you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Installation & Customer Responsibilities

✓ All engines, transmissions, and major components must be installed within 30 days of invoice date.

✓ Installation must be performed by a licensed professional mechanic. Proof of installation is required for claims.

✓ Customer must follow the Pre-installation Checklist provided with the product. Failure to do so voids coverage.

✓ All fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets must be replaced at time of installation.

✓ Heat tabs must be intact and unmelted. Missing or altered heat tabs void warranty.

✓ Any damage caused by improper storage (rust, corrosion, rodent damage, exposure to elements) voids coverage.

Exclusions from Coverage

The following are not covered under this warranty:

✗ Labor, installation, removal, or diagnostic costs (unless separately purchased or pre-approved in writing).

✗ External accessories, including but not limited to sensors, belts, hoses, gaskets, injectors, manifolds, brackets, and oil pans.

✗ Normal wear and tear, seals, or leaks caused by old gaskets or seals.

✗ Overheating, insufficient lubrication, misuse, neglect, abuse, racing, towing, or commercial use.

✗ Damage from improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

✗ Warranty does not cover damage caused by contaminated, dirty, or improper fluids.

✗ Pre-existing vehicle issues that cause damage to the purchased part.

✗ Consequential damages, downtime, loss of income, towing fees, rental cars, storage, or transportation expenses.

Governing Law, Arbitration & Jurisdiction

Governing Law: This warranty agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Process: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.

Jurisdiction & Venue: The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Casper, Wyoming. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the arbitration process and waive any right to pursue litigation in court, except as permitted by law.

Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise based on the merits of the case.

Warranty Transferability

Non-Transferable Warranty: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner or user. The warranty coverage cannot be transferred, assigned, or conveyed to any third party without the express written consent of Used Engines Store.

Original Purchaser Only: To make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt). Warranty claims from non-original purchasers will not be honored unless explicitly authorized in writing by Used Engines Store management.

Written Authorization Required: Any exception to the non-transferable warranty policy must be explicitly authorized in writing by an authorized representative of Used Engines Store. Verbal agreements or informal arrangements are not valid.
